Can you show me how to Lead? Lately we hear this a lot. So many want to make a positive impact on their community. They just need a guide. A long time ago I learned that the best leaders are those who serve. A great leader will lift up those they serve. In our day and age, heroes are all the rage, However, is our picture of Heroes skued? The book, "Hero Maker", suggests that it is greater to make and release heroes than to be one. My vision of a releasing fruitful leaders is similar to this. I want to see people impact their community in ways and places I could not go. This is what inspires the Training Hub. It exists to inspire, equip, and encourage fruitful leaders. This is our method;

1. teach. 2.model. 3. lead side by side. 4. let lead. 5. encourage to lead fruitfully.

Each step is important and each step builds on the next until the cycle comes back to the beginning where the first generation teaches the next generation. Our prayer is it goes far beyond what we can do alone. The Hub includes a network of people dedicated to releasing fruitful leaders.
